Refreshed, reawaken, & renewed for Yahweh

Instead of grumbling because you don't get what you want, be thankful you don't get what you deserve.

We all deserve a spot in hell for our wretched sinful ways. But thank GOD, for His LOVE, His GRACE, and MERCY He gives to us each day, each hour, and each minute that we are alive. May we stop taking it for granted that it will always be there.

I searched with all my heart to know if GOD was really there;

He graciously revealed Himself,

In His mercy, love, and care.

I am sorry Yahweh for ever doubting You. For yelling at You. For saying unkind & hurtful things to You, for saying You didn't care, when I know You did.

I pray You will forgive me for straying off the narrow path and veering towards the lusts of the world.

It's a scary place without You near.

When circumstances overwhelm and seem too much to bear,

Depend upon the LORD for strength, and trust His tender care.

Your divine care, where would we be without it? As the time is getting closer to Yeshua's return, we will need You wisdom, Your guidance, Your protection more than ever. Give us strength for each minute of every day. Guide us in wisdom to deal accordingly to the issues we face / will face.

Help us O LORD, when troubles come

To trust Your Word and not succumb,

And help us not to turn aside

But in Your strength and love abide.

I don't want to stray from Your Word again, O GOD. Nothing is more important than the intimate relationship I gave up for a few fleeting moments of carnal pleasure.

Help not to turn to the right or left again, but keep my feet planted by the living Waters continuing on the Narrow Path...

O God you know my wayward heart,

So prone to choose an earthly part;

From vain affections set me free, That I may always looks to Thee.

Amen and Amen, to You I humbly bow and thank You for my life. You are worth more than any whim of pleasure this world has to offer.

--The more attracted we are to Christ, the less we'll be distracted by the world.

I pray Yahweh you will forgive me for going back to sin and the pleasures of this world. I tossed You aside for things that won't matter in Eternity, but only to find emptiness and lonliness encompassing me round about...till I found You again, made things the way they should and oh the joy that now floods my soul! Thank you for extending You grace to me once more and removing my sins as far as the east is from the west.

When trials come and my moods descend,

When pain and sorrows seem to never end;

As I yield to You, LORD, may I see,

The peace and joy you've promised me.

Only You can give the peace that passes all understanding. The world looks for it in money, power, entertainment, food, alcohol, ink, sex, etc, but it's not there. So thankful for the peace that reigns in a heart that's pure and steadfast. \0/

Standing on the promises that cannot fail,

When the howling storms of doubt and fear assail,

By the living Word of God I shall prevail,

Standing on the promises of GOD.

I love this hymn! Now it will be stuck in my head all day. =) By your Word, by the prayers of many praying saints, by a single trip to Mardel, and by my church family I have prevailed this dark valley I have been in for months on end and am thankful to be standing on Your promises once again with a heart for of gratitude, thankfulness and humility.

Dear readers, remember this:

With God behind you

and His arms beneath you,

you can face whatever is before you.

And this too:

When you live every hour by the grace of His power

And you know He will guide you aright,

Then day in and day out faith is stronger than doubt,

And faith puts your worries in flight.
