You are such an inspiration!!

I suffered serious setbacks because first I couldn't find proper walking shoes ~ and the ones I have weren't supportive enough. My ankle went insane! (And it goes insane even if I take one walk!)

Then I finally got the walking shoes, went for walks, and every time my pelvis seized up!

But I had a really harsh chiropractic session where they worked on my pelvis and that is when the pain came roaring back. I won't let them work the pelvis again!!

So, here I am almost two months later starting over again.

Ren Jec,

That's why you are not losing weight dear one, you are not eating.

Starving your body does not make it lose weight.

Your body needs energy (food) in order to function.

Start with a bunch of fruits and vegtables...cut 'em up, make 'em into smoothies, etc.

But please, do not starve your body of the nutrients in so desperatly needs.

What are you doing for exercise?

Keep it up girl! I know it can be a struggle sometimes, but in the end we reap the benefits (healthier, slimmer body, more energy, etc).
