Exd 31:13
Speak thou also unto the children of Israel, saying, Verily my sabbaths ye shall keep: for it [is] a sign between me and you throughout your generations; that [ye] may know that I [am] the LORD that doth sanctify you.
*** Do you see that friends, the Sabbath is a sign between us and our Creator. You may think "no, look it says the Sabbath was for the children of Israel". Indeed it does. Do you know, Christian that we have been grafted into Israel once we became believers? Read Romans 11. Remember also that their is neither Jew nor Gentile now, we are all one in Yahshua the Messiah. We keep the Sabbath just like our Saviour kept it, just like Yahweh blessed and sanctifed the 7th day in Eden (Genesis 2). Do you know what the word 'sign' means in Hebrew? Here let me show you... ***

Exd 31:14
Ye shall keep the sabbath therefore; for it [is] holy unto you: every one that defileth it shall surely be put to death: for whosoever doeth [any] work therein, that soul shall be cut off from among his people.
*** Is the Sabbath holy unto you? Why not? Yahweh created the 7th day as a day of rest for us. A full 24 hours where we shut the door on the outside world and all it's cares and woes and rest our weary bodies and minds.
Read what it says next...you shall be cut off if you defile the Sabbath. Yahweh wasn't kidding people. You should take His day more seriously. ***
Exd 31:15
Six days may work be done; but in the seventh [is] the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth [any] work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.
Exd 31:15
Six days may work be done; but in the seventh [is] the sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD: whosoever doeth [any] work in the sabbath day, he shall surely be put to death.
*** You have 6 days to cook, clean, prepare, pay bills, dust, vaacume, laundry, dishes, get the car fixed, buy pet food, go to the dentist, etc. The 7th day (Fri. sunset - Sat. sunset) is a day of rest, it is HOLY. Stop mocking GOD'S HOLY SABBATH DAY by not obeying it. There is a reason YHWH said to "Remember" the Sabbath day and keep it holy in the 10 Commandments. The church world has seemed to forgotten, but the Word still stands. ***
Exd 31:16
Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, [for] a perpetual covenant.
Exd 31:16
Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, [for] a perpetual covenant.
*** Sabbath didn't stop with Israel it is observed (or supposed to be anyway) throughout all the generations. ***
Exd 31:17
It [is] a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for [in] six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.
Exd 31:17
It [is] a sign between me and the children of Israel for ever: for [in] six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.
*** Here we see again, it is a sign between us and Yahweh. HalleluYAH!
Sabbath isn't "just for the Jews". It was not abolished or hung on the Cross contrary to what the church world teaches. It wasn't changed to S-nday. It is forever just as the verse above states. Forever, hmm let's see what Strong's has to say about that word, shall we? ***

I wish each of you a blessed Sabbath day if you keep it. If not, maybe that's something for you to begin praying about.
