Well Robert was in an indescribable amount of pain and we thought it would be best if he stays over night in the hospital (I will be with him) just to make sure things go okay esp. with this procedure they did and the medications and what not.
So, they got him in a room (which I can't remember where it was now...lol) and they are pushing fluids and he's up and drinking water on his own and talking, but his pain is well, really painfull.
His doctor said the pain he is feeling is normal for procedures done like that.
They have him on a saline drip right now and a pain med drip which really helps him without making him loopy.
And since he hasn't eaten since yesterday I am about to go get him some food as he is having one of those food headaches...
So, hopefully tomorrow things will look better for him and we will return home.
I just felt safer that we stay overnight so he is monitored. Also..I am bleary eyed from a lack of sleep. Driving an hour and a half on the Autobahn nonetheless would kill me.
So, I keep the hubby in your prayers and I will update you once we are home.
God Bless,
Dawn

Hi Dawn,
Praying for a quick recovery.
Also, as soon as you get a chance, do a little research on Kombucha.
When your husband is feeling better, he should start drinking it every day, to prevent stones in the future.
THe properties in Kombucha eat the impurities and toxins in the body, and will actually rebalance the minerals in his body.
I had stones years ago, and ever since than have always had pains in my kidneys whenever I got a little dehydrated.
Since I started the Kombucha, I have detoxed, and no longer have the pains.
All the extra weight that I have never been able to get rid of, is coming off as well!
You can buy it bottled at the store, but homemade is far better.
When you get to Texas, find someone locally to give you a scoby to start your own batch.
If you have any question, just holler.
Paula
I am keeping him in my prayers! And you too.
I will keep you guys in my prayers. What is it like over in Germany
Holding you in prayer; may he heal quickly. God's blessings on you both.
This, too shall pass...
Hope Rob gets plenty of rest, and is able to deal with this pain... What'd you get him to eat? I guess yall have a laptop? Good thing!
I'm so glad that things seem to have gone well! That's wonderful news. I think it was a very wise idea your choice to stay overnight for both of your sakes! Goodness, I hope you get some much needed rest.
Praying.
Hi
I found you via Amy's(totrainupachild) prayer list on her blog today. I just wanted to let you know that I prayed for you and about your husband's pain as well.
