I've lost a total of 9 inches in my bust, 13.5 inches in my waist and 10 inches in my hips since March 15, 2010 :) About time my hips have lost something. :)
And I've also hit a milestone...I am now under the 200 lb. mark!
Robert has done very well too. He has lost 40 lbs. so far! He's went down 1-2 pant sizes and 1-2 shirt sizes. He is also under the 200 lb. mark as well. :)
Together we have lost 120.4 lbs. so far. \0/
We treated ourselves today to our favorite mexican resturant, then went to the mall and went what Robert calls "man shopping". In other words, we got him some new tops and pants since much of his stuff is now too big. Sears and Dillards had some awesome sales...70% off and stuff.
We also just walked around for exercise, took our pictures in one of those cramped photo booths, bought some books at Barnes & Noble, enjoyed a scoop of gelato (I think I spelled that wrong, but it's like Italian ice cream, but it's not really ice cream), and that was only on the 2nd floor of the mall.
We were starting to get tired and decided to leave the 1st floor for another day. In a month or so, I may have to do some "girl shopping". :-)
It has been a really fun day today. I hope we do it again soon.
Shalom ~

Wow! You look great! Congratulations, sister :)
Great job Dawn....you are an inspiration!!
Even at your heaviest you were still a lovely, beautiful woman! But I know exactly the motivation that you felt to loose the extra weight and what a great job you've done with that! 80 pounds in only 5 months! And this was just from cutting out junk food and doing more exercise? You've proven that women don't have to ritually starve themselves in order to lose weight! But they do have to be patient ~ it doesn't happen over night although 5 months was fast!
My weightloss journey, heavily inspired by yours, has had a lot of setbacks. But I'll know what day I'm to have my surgery either on Monday or Tuesday. They said it will be about two weeks from now?
Until then I am doing my best to eat healthier. I'm going for walks every day and I'm being patient.
My sister is coming in September. As soon as I'm fit we'll hit the gym so I can get a jump start on strengthening my core muscles, my back, and my arms. My hope is to start jogging by spring time, if m pelvis will allow that. But without Amanda here it is impossible for me to use the gym because of the three kids. I can't watch 3 kids and work out! (No, there are no babysitters. But maybe we can put the kids in an hour or two of daycare? I'm going to investigate that.)
WOW! Wow! Wow!
You look fabulous, Darling. More than that you look so healthy.
You could put those contestants on Biggest Loser to shame. :-D
You look 10 years younger and absolutely gorgeous!
Keep it up!
