Hi! We went to the 2 Air Force bases near us (Ramstein and Vogelweh) and spent the day there. I tried to get as many shots of the foilage as I could from the car. Pictures just don't capture the beauty, that's for sure.
Robert got a few DVD's and I got about 5 new Christmas DVD's to add to my collection. I love Christmas movies! Especially the ones with a moral to it.
We ate at Chili's. We split a rib entree and the potatoes were good cuz they were homemade but I didn't care for the ribs. Robert loved them though and made sure we didn't waste our meal :)
I got a few small Christmas gifts for friends of mine. :)
And of course, I had to get some candles. They have the new Christmas Yankee Candles out but I didn't get any this trip. Next time most definitly. :)
I was supposed to go to church there in Ramstein but either no one picked the phone up or the number got changed! :( Since it's at a new location, I am not quite sure how to get there by myself yet.
Well I don't want to spend too much time on here, got bags to unload. :)
Oh and in case you are interested, here in Europe we changed our time back one hour today, whereas you Americans change it next weekend :)

I miss the Autumn colours! (Autumn is what we call fall here in Australia!) Here in the tropics we don't have an autumn it goes straight from dry season to wet season!! I miss having the 4 seasons!! Thank you for sharing those photos!! Oh and I hope your box comes in the next 7 days if it makes it by the 6th of november it will be a birthday present!! LOL :)

What beautiful colors! I live in a part of NC that is mainly pines, so we don't get much fall foliage. I am begging my hubby for a road trip to the foothills so I can get some foliage viewing in.
Er...is everything ok Dawn? You seem to have lost a startling amount of weight... Not that losing weight is bad or anything! But the only time *I* drop pounds is if I'm stressed out...

Dawn, that burgundy colour really suits you. Here in Australia we don't have that much autumn foliage and of course now we are heading into summer.
Our clocks changed last weekend.
